terms of service.

the rules that apply when you use klypra. short and plain on purpose.

last updated: 18 July 2026

1. what klypra is

  • ·klypra watches your twitch stream, detects highlights, and turns them into short clips, delivered to your dashboard or telegram
  • ·currently free — there are no paid plans yet. join the waitlist for early access when pro launches

2. your account

  • ·you sign in via twitch oauth — klypra has no separate password
  • ·you must be 16 or older to use klypra. we rely on your own representation of your age and don’t independently verify it
  • ·you’re responsible for activity under your account

3. acceptable use

  • ·don’t use klypra in a way that violates twitch’s own terms of service
  • ·don’t try to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
  • ·don’t upload or spread clips of creators who have explicitly said they don’t want to be clipped or shared

we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. your clips, your responsibility

clips klypra generates for you are yours to use. but you're responsible for how you use and share them — if the streamer featured in a clip doesn't want it posted or distributed, that's between you and them. klypra makes no guarantee about content rights and isn't responsible for how you use, post, or distribute generated clips.

5. service availability

klypra is an early-stage product. we don't guarantee uptime, uninterrupted availability, or that the service is free of bugs. features may change or break as we keep building. the service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

6. limitation of liability

to the extent permitted by law, klypra isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. nothing in these terms limits liability where german law doesn't allow it to be limited — for example, intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

7. changes to the service

we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of klypra at any time, especially given its early stage.

8. termination

  • ·you can delete your account anytime from settings — this removes your data immediately, see the privacy policy for details
  • ·we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 3

9. governing law

these terms are governed by german law. if you're a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your home country may also apply and take precedence.

10. changes to these terms

we'll update the "last updated" date above whenever we change anything material.
