klypra is a web service that watches a live Twitch channel and automatically produces short vertical clips of the moments its audience reacts to. It identifies those moments by measuring how fast the channel's chat is moving against that channel's own normal rate, cuts the surrounding seconds, reframes the video to 9:16, burns in subtitles, and delivers a finished MP4. It works on any public Twitch channel, so it can be used both by streamers clipping themselves and by clippers covering someone else. It is free to use and currently has no paid tier.

Sign-in is Twitch OAuth and requests two scopes: chat:read, to read the chat klypra analyses, and user:read:email, used as your account identifier. klypra cannot post to your channel, change your settings, or read your direct messages, and access can be revoked at any time from Twitch's own connections page.
Telegram delivery uses a bot you create yourself, so clips go to your private chat rather than through a shared klypra account. The full detail on what is stored and for how long is in the privacy policy.
